Robert H. Given is the founder of Given & Company.

A Los Angeles native, Robert graduated from the Menlo School of Business with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and first worked as an assistant controller for an aircraft equipment manufacturer. While attending graduate classes in business administration, he also managed a flight training school.

In 1968, Robert began his career as an auditor with an international accounting firm.

In 1973, he accepted a position as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of a large construction company in Los Angeles. Additionally, Robert co-owned and participated in the management of a pre-cast concrete subcontractor business.

In 1975, Robert launched his own accounting practice. Today, Given & Company is a full service public accounting firm.

Married, with two sons, Robert, along with his wife, Suzi, are active in various community activities. Robert enjoys flying for pleasure, business and for "Angel Flight", a humanitarian medical airlift service.
